RICHARD L. BOUCHER is the senior trial lawyer with the Boucher Law Firm in Lincoln. Mr. Boucher focuses his practice in the areas of civil trial, civil appeals, mediation, personal injury, wrongful death, governmental law, nonprofit corporations, identity theft, credit law, health care licensing, legal audits, high-end employment cases, personal injury death and medical negligence. He is a member of the Lincoln Bar Association, the Nebraska State Bar Association (member, Section on Alternative Dispute Resolution; House of Delegates) and the American Bar Association. He also is a member of the Nebraska Trial Lawyers Association and is vice chair of the Lincoln City Charter Review Commission. Mr. Boucher received his B.S. degree from Bradley University and his J.D. degree from Villanova University School of Law. JEANELLE R. LUST is a managing partner in the Lincoln firm of Knudsen Berkheimer Richardson & Endacott, LLP, where she practices in the areas of civil litigation, insurance defense, personal injury, professional malpractice and railroad law. She has lectured to attorneys on personal property security interests and insurance defense. Ms. Lust received her B.A. degree, cum laude, from Augustana College and her J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from Creighton University. She is a member of the Lincoln, Nebraska State and American bar associations, the State Bar of South Dakota and The Colorado Bar Association. Ms. Lust is a charter fellow in the Litigation Counsel of America. ANNE MARIE O'BRIEN is a partner of Lamson, Dugan and Murray LLP's Litigation Department. Her practice involves business, insurance, railroad and transportation clients. Ms. O'Brien has experience in personal injury defense; FELA; products liability litigation; grade crossing; insurance coverage and subrogation litigation; transportation defense work; and contract negotiation, including general civil litigation. She has lectured and advised on insurance and subrogation issues to both defense and plaintiff's bar associations. Ms. O'Brien is a member of the Omaha, American, and Nebraska State bar associations, as well as the Defense Research Institute and the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel. She is admitted to practice in Nebraska and before the Nebraska Court of Appeals and Supreme Court; the U.S. District Court, District of Nebraska; and the U.S. District Court, District of Colorado. Ms. O'Brien is a board member for Creighton University School of Law, Werner Institute; past President of the Board of Directors of Catholic Charities; a board member of the Foundation Board; and a member of the Omaha Law League. She earned her B.A. degree from St. Mary's University and her J.D. degree from Creighton University Law School.
