WESLEY H. BAIN JR. is an attorney with John T. Turco & Associates, where he practices in bankruptcy law. Mr. Bain graduated from Penn State University, where he earned his B.A. degree in English and a minor in Law. He earned his J.D. degree from Case Western Law School in Cleveland, Ohio, where he wrote for The Docket, Case Western's legal newspaper. He was also active in the American Constitution Society. While attending Case Western Law School, he interned for two summers at the Quinn Law Firm in Erie, Pennsylvania, where he received extensive training in bankruptcy, criminal defense and tort law. Mr. Bain is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts in Nebraska and Iowa. He is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, the Iowa State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. ANGELA Y. GRUBER-GARDNER is an attorney with John T. Turco & Associates. She graduated from the University of Iowa with a double major in management organizations and marketing and a minor in Sociology. Ms. Gruber-Gardner earned her J.D. degree from Creighton University School of Law, where she was a member of the International Moot Court Board. She interned at the United States Attorney's Office in Omaha, Nebraska while attending law school. Prior to joining John T. Turco & Associates, she represented consumers in actions involving violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and Fair Credit Reporting Act. Ms. Gruber-Gardner is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts in Nebraska and Iowa. She is a member of the Nebraska Bar Association and Iowa State Bar Association. EDWARD F. HOFFMAN has been with the firm of Cada, Froscheiser, Cada & Hoffman since 2000. His practice consists primarily of civil litigation, health care law representation and creditor's rights work. He earned his Bachelor's degree at Pepperdine University. He then attended the University of Nebraska Lincoln College of Law, where he earned his J.D. degree. Mr. Hoffman is licensed to practice law in the states of California, Iowa and Nebraska, and in the federal courts. He is an adjunct, associate professor at Doane College. He was also appointed a member on the State Committee on Problem Gambling and a member of the Lancaster County Condemnation Board. ERIN M. McCARTNEY is an attorney with John T. Turco & Associates, where her practice is concentrated on bankruptcy law. She graduated from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois with a B.S. degree in Political Science. She earned her J.D. from Ave Maria School of Law in Ann Arbor, Michigan. While attending Ave Maria, Ms. McCartney obtained experience in a broad scope of legal practices through internships at The Thomas More Law Center, the Public Defender's Office and FirstComp Insurance. She is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts in Nebraska and is a member of both the American Bar Association and the Nebraska State Bar Association. TODD R. MULLINER is a partner at the law firm of Jeffrey Hahn Hemmerling & Zimmerman, PC. Mr. Mulliner's main areas of practice are creditors and debtors’ rights, commercial transactions and collections. He earned his B.A. degree from Doane College and his J.D. degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law. Mr. Mulliner is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Lincoln Bar Association. JOHN T. TURCO is the principal of John T. Turco & Associates in Omaha. Mr. Turco has focused his practice on bankruptcy and consumer bankruptcy since 1989. He is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association (member, Executive Committee of the Bankruptcy Section). Mr. Turco has spoken on foreclosure and bankruptcy related issues. He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and the American Consumer Bankruptcy College. Mr. Turco earned his B.S. degree from Creighton University and his J.D. degree from Creighton University School of Law.
