EDWARD F. HOFFMAN has been with the firm of Cada, Froscheiser, Cada & Hoffman since 2000. His practice consists primarily of civil litigation, health care law representation and creditor's rights work. He earned his Bachelor's degree at Pepperdine University. He then attended the University of Nebraska Lincoln College of Law, where he earned his J.D. degree. Mr. Hoffman is licensed to practice law in the states of California, Iowa and Nebraska, and in the federal courts. He is an adjunct, associate professor at Doane College. He was also appointed a member of the Nebraska Trial Attorneys Board, a member of the State Committee on Problem Gambling and a member of the Lancaster County Condemnation Board. TODD R. MULLINER is a partner at the law firm of Jeffrey Hahn Hemmerling & Zimmerman, PC. Mr. Mulliner's main areas of practice are creditors and debtors rights, commercial transactions and collections. He earned his B.A. degree from Doane College and his J.D. degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law. Mr. Mulliner is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Lincoln Bar Association. JOHN ROGERS is a sole practitioner in Omaha, Nebraska. Mr. Rogers' main areas of practice at the law firm include debt collection, and debtor and creditor law. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Nebraska and his J.D. degree from Creighton University. Mr. Rogers is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court and the District of Nebraska.
