WILLIAM J. BIANCO is the principal of Bianco Stroh, LLC in Omaha. He has focused his practice in the areas of general business, bankruptcy and litigation law since 1990. Mr. Bianco is an adjunct professor at Creighton University, where he teaches business law and international business. He has spoken to business and professional groups on bankruptcy law and international business law. Mr. Bianco was a law clerk for the Hon. William C. Hastings, Nebraska Supreme Court. He received a presidential appointment to the White House Conference on Small Business in 1995. Mr. Bianco is the past president of the Sarpy County Bar Association. He earned his B.S. degree from Nebraska Wesleyan University and his J.D. degree from the University of San Diego. DAVID A. CASTELLO is an attorney with Katskee, Henatsch & Suing, where he practices in the areas of business law, workers' compensation, personal injury, corporate law and tort and trial practice litigation. Mr. Castello is a frequent presenter on these areas of the law. He is admitted to the practice in Nebraska, the U.S. District Court, District of Nebraska State and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eight Circuit. Mr. Castello is a member of the Omaha, Nebraska and American bar associations and the Nebraska Defense Counsel Association. Mr. Castello attended the University of London-England, he earned his B.A. degree from Grinnell College and his J.D. degree from George Washington University. He was a member of the U.S. Army Reserves and the author of Law and the Martial Arts. KEITH P. LARSEN is a shareholder with McGrath North Mullin & Kratz, PC LLO. His practice covers an assortment of domestic and international business and commercial matters. Mr. Larsen has represented clients in a wide range of business acquisitions and divestitures within the U.S. and numerous foreign countries. Other transactional work includes the formation of joint ventures in North America, South America, Europe, Australia and Asia. He is also active in structuring, drafting and negotiating a variety of distribution, supply, manufacturing, licensing and other commercial agreements, both domestically and abroad. In connection with his commercial law practice, Mr. Larsen advises clients on government export and import compliance. He is a member of the Omaha Bar Association, Nebraska State Bar Association and American Bar Association. Mr. Larsen earned his B.S. degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Creighton University.
