August 25 - Asheville ANDREW A. BENNINGTON is an associate with Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP, where he focuses his practice on general commercial and civil litigation. His main areas of practice are tort defense, transportation, products liability and insurance coverage. Prior to beginning his legal career, Mr. Bennington served as a combat engineer officer in the United States Marine Corps, where he ultimately attained the rank of Captain. He is a member of the North Carolina State Bar Association. Mr. Bennington earned his B.A. degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his J.D. degree from the University of South Carolina. STANFORD K. CLONTZ is a member of Stanford K. August 26 - Charlotte JESSICA DIXON is an attorney with Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP, where she focuses her litigation practice on insurance coverage and defense, personal injury and products liability. Ms. Dixon has represented manufacturers, insurance companies, health care providers, property owners and public utilities. She is admitted to practice in all state courts in North Carolina and the federal district for the Western District of North Carolina. While at American University's Washington College of Law, Ms. Dixon was an articles editor for the A dministrative Law Review. She earned her B.A. degree, with highest distinction, from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from American University. JOHN W. ONG is a partner with the firm of Cranfill Sumner & Hartzog LLP, in Charlotte, North Carolina. His practice concentrates in cases involving major personal injury, head injuries and wrongful death. Mr. Ong also has proven himself to be particularly effective in handling cases that involve issues of complex medical causation. He has given seminars on head injuries, chiropractic issues, use of expert witnesses and trucking cases.
