WILLIAM E. ANDERSON is a member of the Raleigh law firm of McDaniel & Anderson, L.L.P., where he concentrates his practice in the areas of civil litigation, insurance defense, insurance law, municipal law and zoning law. Mr. Chleborowicz maintains an active trial practice and has represented clients in state and federal courts, arbitrations and administrative proceedings, and has been involved in appeals at both state and federal levels. His practice includes complex civil litigation, construction defect litigation, first party and third party insurance disputes, mold litigation, class actions, catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases, as well as product liability actions. Mr. Chleborowicz has represented numerous multi-family residential projects with construction defect and product liability claims and also has undertaken representation of entire communities under mass tort theories of claims ranging from construction defects, product defects, nuisance and trespass. He attended Wake Forest University and graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. degree in biology, a B.A. degree in German, a B.A. degree in politics, and minors in physics and chemistry. Under a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholarship, Mr. Chleborowicz studied comparative law at Albert Lüdwigs University in Freiburg, Germany. He later continued his education at Wake Forest University School of Law and earned his J.D. degree. JOHNSON is a sole practitioner in Raleigh, North Carolina, where his main areas of practice are personal injury, auto/truck accident, medical malpractice and commercial litigation. Mr. Kirby's work focuses on civil litigation, including personal injury and construction defects cases, and also has handled many coverage claims, both in an advisory capacity and in litigation. He has taught continuing education courses to attorneys and to insurance adjusters on topics including insurance coverage, bad faith actions, the duty to defend, construction coverage, construction litigation, contribution and indemnity, and minors' settlements.
