NATASHA N. BRANCH is an attorney with Fidelity National Title Insurance Company in Raleigh. She travels across the state of North Carolina speaking at Fidelity-sponsored CLE programs on such topics as the new HUD/GFE, mechanics liens, foreclosures and judgments. Ms. Branch earned her B.S. and J.D. degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, the North Carolina Bar Association (Real Property Section), the Wake County Bar and the Wake County Real Property Lawyers Association.

ROBERT A. SPENCE JR. is an attorney at Spence & Spence, P.A. He is a board-certified specialist in real property law: residential transactions. Mr. Spence concentrates his practice in civil, business and real property litigation, local government law, and real property transactions. He earned his A.B. degree from Wesleyan University and his J.D. degree from the University of North Carolina. Mr. Spence is a former president of the Johnston County Bar Association, former president-elect of the 11th Judicial District Bar and former counselor for the North Carolina State Bar representing the 11th Judicial District for 11 years.
