BRANDY B. MILAZZO is an partner in the corporate practice group in the Charlotte office of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP. Her principal areas of practice are technology, supply-chain and outsourcing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, commercial business transactions, and other general corporate work. Ms. Milazzo has represented a global media and entertainment company in negotiation of various complex commercial contracts. She also has experience representing large financial institutions in negotiations of various complex commercial contracts. Ms. Milazzo is admitted to practice in both North and South Carolina. She earned her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Campbell University, her J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of South Carolina School of Law, and her M.I.B.S. degree from The Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. Ms. Milazzo is a member of the American, North Carolina, and Mecklenburg County bar associations; the South Carolina Bar; and the North Carolina Association of Woman Attorneys. TODD C. TAYLOR is an Assistant General Counsel at Bank of America, where he currently provides legal support to the Bank's Global Technology & Operations and Global Delivery Center business units. In his previous role at Bank of America, Mr. Taylor supported their Global Supply Chain Management business unit. During his six years of practice with Bank of America, he has worked on numerous joint venture, outsourcing, acquisition and divestiture, and licensing transactions. Prior to joining Bank of America, Mr. Taylor practiced law for nine years in the Corporate and Securities practice group at Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, PLLC, where his practice was concentrated on venture capital, merger and acquisition, and licensing transactions.
