ANDREA D. EDWARDS is an attorney with Pope, McMillan, Kutteh, Privette, Edwards & Schieck, P.A., where she practices in the areas of family law and adoption. She is a certified family financial case mediator, a certified superior court mediator and a certified arbitrator. Ms. Edwards earned her B.S. degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and her J.D. degree from Wake Forest University School of Law. She is a member of the North Carolina and Iredell County (past chair of the Family Law Committee) bar associations. DANICA L. LITTLE is an attorney with Wishart Norris Henninger & Pittman, P.A., where her main areas of practice are estate planning, estate administration, taxation, business succession planning, asset protection planning, special needs planning, estate planning for business owners and asset protection for business owners. She also advises business owners, professional athletes, authors, lawyers, CPAs, executives, and other professionals and individuals regarding estate planning, special needs planning, income and gift tax planning, trusts and estate administration, and business law. Ms. Little has previously spoken and written on numerous areas related to her practice. She is a Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning and Probate Law, Certified Public Accountant (C.P.A.), Certified Management Accountant (C.M.A.) and a Certified Financial Manager (C.F.M.). WILLIAM L. MILLS III is a practitioner in Concord, where he practices in the areas of estate planning, wealth planning, closely held corporations, commercial transactions and limited commercial civil litigation. He is a board-certified specialist in estate planning and probate law by the North Carolina State Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Mills has spoken for various professional groups on his areas of practice. He earned his A.B. degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Philosophy and Physics, and his J.D. degree from Wake Forest University. Mr. Mills is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association and the North Carolina State Bar.
