JOSEPH B. HENNINGER JR. is an attorney at Wishart Norris Henninger & Pittman, where his practice focuses on estate planning, estate administration, taxation, business succession planning, elder law planning, special needs planning, asset protection for business owners and estate planning for business owners. Mr. Henninger's publication and presentations include “Asset Protection Planning”, “N.C. Estate Administration” and “Medicaid Estate Recovery Affecting Title to Real Property”. He also was a Morehead Scholarship Recipient and was selected for inclusion in North Carolina Super Lawyers in the practice area of Estate Planning and Probate (2006-2010). ZACHARY F.
