CHRIS A. JOHNSON is a principal with Sullivan, Tabaracci & Rhoades, P.C., in Missoula. His practice emphasizes all aspects of real property law, including development, transactions, boundary and access issues and related business planning. Mr. Johnson previously worked with Montana Legal Services Association, where he was responsible for implementing a trial videoconferencing project. He has been in the practice of law for 18 years, first in Spokane, Washington, and then in his native Montana, following admission to the State Bar of Montana. While in Spokane, in addition to a real estate practice, Mr. Johnson managed and assisted in the management of real estate closing offices. He is an honors graduate from Gonzaga University School of Law. DONALD V. SNAVELY is a principal in the Snavely Law Firm in Missoula, where he practices primarily in civil litigation, including real estate title, access, easement, and lien disputes. He previously practiced law in California. Mr. Snavely earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Lake Forest College (Illinois) and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Arizona State University. He is a member of the State Bar of Montana and is admitted to practice law before all courts of the State of Montana, the U.S. District Court for Montana, the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
