HON. STEVEN T. FAGENSTROM attended the University of Montana and graduated with a B.A. degree in history. Judge Fagenstrom received his J.D. degree from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon. After law school, he practiced law in the Portland area, where his practice gravitated toward workers' compensation and personal injury. In 1994, he returned to Great Falls, Montana, and began a general practice. Over the next several years, his practice began to concentrate on family law issues. Judge Fagenstrom has been a presenter at several family law and legal ethics CLE courses. He has proudly served as Justice of the Peace since his election in November 2006. He was re-elected to a second term in November 2010. (Bozeman, Billings, Missoula and Helena locations) EDWARD J. GUZA is a founding partner of the Bozeman law firm of Guza, Williams & Nesbitt, PLLC. He concentrates his practice in the areas of civil litigation and representing employers in employment law issues. He is a frequent lecturer for National Business Institute and has previously lectured at legal ethics programs. Mr. Guza is a member of the Labor and Employment Law Section and the Litigation Section of the American Bar Association. He also is a member of the Federal District Court of Montana and the Montana Bar Association. He is the past president of the Gallatin County Bar Association. Mr. Guza earned his B.S. degree at the University of Montana and his J.D. degree at William Mitchell College of Law. (Bozeman, Billings and Helena locations) JAMES D. JOHNSON is an attorney with the Williams Law Firm, P.C., in Missoula where he practices in the areas of personal injury, insurance, civil litigation and appeals. Mr. Johnson is admitted to practice in all Montana State and Federal courts. He interned for the Office of Disciplinary Counsel while in law school. Mr. Johnson is a frequent lecturer for National Business Institute and is a member of the State Bar of Montana, the Montana Defense Trial Lawyers, and the Montana Trial Lawyers Association. He earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Montana. (Missoula location)
