LUCAS J. FOUST is owner of Foust Law Office in Bozeman, Montana, where he specializes in personal injury, worker's compensation and criminal defense work. Mr. Foust is a Montana native. He received his B.A. degree from Gonzaga University in 1992 and finished his law degree at the University of Montana, School of Law in 1996. Upon graduation from law school, he began his legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Justice, W. William Leapheart, of the Montana Supreme Court. Following his clerkship, Mr. Foust began practicing law as a public defender for the Lewis and Clark County Public Defender's Office in Helena, Montana. For two years, he worked as a public defender, taking 25 cases to jury trial in a 24 month period. In 1999, he moved to Bozeman, Montana, starting Foust Law Office, where he has practiced since. PATRICK T. FOX is an attorney in the Helena law firm of Doubek, Pyfer & Fox, LLP. He focuses his practice in plaintiffs personal injury, medical malpractice, products liability, trial and appellate practice, and workers compensation. Mr. Fox attended undergraduate school at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill as a Morehead Scholar (now known as the Morehead-Cain Scholars Program). After college, he moved back to Montana to attend the University of Montana Law School. Mr. Fox is a member of the State Bar of Montana, the Montana Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice.
