VANESSA M. CERAVOLO has been in private practice in Kalispell since 1992. She is the current president of the Northwest Montana Bar Association and was voted Best Lawyer in Flathead County in 2010. Ms. Ceravolo mediates all kinds of conflicts ranging from divorce to construction and real estate deals. She is a certified family mediator, a Montana District Court settlement master and an appellate mediator for the Montana Supreme Court. Ms. Ceravolo assisted in the creation and development of the Flathead County Justice Court mediation program and has conducted training on conflict resolution for the Montana Mediation Association. She graduated from the University of Montana School of Law and began her law career with the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps. CHRISTOPHER J. GILLETTE is a family law practitioner in Bozeman, Montana. Mr. Gillette has spoken for National Business Institute, local and state bar functions, and the King County Judges Conference. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Virginia and his J.D. degree from the University of Puget Sound. Mr. Gillette is a member of the King County (Family Law Section), Montana (Family Law Section), Washington State and American bar associations, the State Bar of Montana and the Montana Trial Lawyers Association, as well as serving as the current president of the Gallatin County Bar Association. KAY LYNN LEE had a long acquaintance with both school (14 years and 7 undergraduate schools interspersed with marriage, a child and moving from Georgia through Montana to Alaska) and work before graduating from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1987. During her law school career she achieved the distinction of winning all three types of Moot Court Awards (Best Constitutional Law Brief, Best Oralist for Criminal Law and First Place in Law & Motion). Her first two divorce cases involved Navy wives whom she talked into staying married. She practiced for 17 years in SoCal, primarily as a trial attorney and then decided to retire to Montana in 2004. Retirement failed to suit her, so she un-retired in 2005 and is now a partner in the firm of Henning, Keedy & Lee, where she is practicing almost exclusively in the field of family law for which she finds she is eminently suited. In her not-so-copious amounts of spare time her hobbies include singing with the Glacier Symphony and Chorale and Chamber Singers (she also serves on the GSC Board), watercolor painting, hunting, reading, gardening (she recently became a Master Gardener, Level I), water/winter/other sports and admiring/photographing/sewing for/visiting her grandsons, now 4 and 2.
