CHRISTOPHER J. GILLETTE is a family law practitioner in Bozeman, Montana. Mr. Gillette has spoken for National Business Institute, local and state bar functions, and the King County Judges Conference. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Virginia and his J.D. degree from the University of Puget Sound. Mr. Gillette is a member of the King County (Family Law Section), Montana (Family Law Section), Washington State and American bar associations, the State Bar of Montana and the Montana Trial Lawyers Association, as well as serving as the current president of the Gallatin County Bar Association. J. REUSS is a partner in the Billings law firm of Guthals, Hunnes, & Reuss, P.C. Mr. Reuss received his B.S. degree from the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee, and his J.D. degree from The John Marshall Law School in 1981. He has a litigation practice with an emphasis on all aspects of domestic relations. Mr. Reuss has lectured at various continuing education programs and was previously an instructor at Eastern Montana College and Rocky Mountain College. BRENDA L. WAHLER is a sole practitioner in Helena, Montana specializing in family law and employment law. Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Wahler was an attorney for the state of Montana, including several years as legal counsel for the Child and Family Services Division of the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services. She earned her law degree from the University of Montana following a career as a high school teacher, which included experience teaching youth within the juvenile corrections system. Ms. Wahler also served as state director of the YMCA Youth and Government program for nine years. She has an extensive interest in youth issues and the developmental needs of children of all ages. Ms. Wahler is a volunteer for Lewis and Clark County's Community Youth Justice Program, which seeks to use restorative justice principles to divert young people from the criminal justice system. She is also the chair of the Law-Related Education Committee of the State Bar of Montana.
