JOHNATHAN W. ANDERSON is the managing attorney of the law firm of Kaufman, Vidal, Hileman P.C. in Kalispell. Mr. Anderson focuses his practice on assisting public and private companies to achieve their business objectives. He has extensive experience with complex commercial transactions and related litigation in the areas of technology, intellectual property, licensing agreements, real estate, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate transactions. In addition to his traditional practice, Mr. Anderson has considerable experience with business operations and merger integration. He has held leadership positions on teams responsible for the development and implementation of company-wide policies and procedures in the areas of purchasing, customer contracts and facilities, as well as the execution of strategic initiatives. He serves on the State Bar of Montana's Technology Committee and is active in civic and community affairs. Mr. Anderson earned his J.D. degree from the University of Montana School of Law and his B.S. degree in biology from Beloit College. He is admitted to practice in Montana and Texas. MICHAEL SOL is a partner in Sol & Wolfe Law Firm, PLLP, in Missoula. Mr. Sol was admitted to practice in Montana in 1982 and has been general counsel for the Western Montana Landlord's Association for more than 25 years, specializing in real estate law, commercial and residential leases, and representing the association in successful litigation and legislation regarding landlord and tenant issues, licensing, regulatory issues, housing discrimination, as well as both landlords and tenants on compliance and litigation issues. He earned his M.B.A., B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Montana. PAUL D. SULLIVAN is a partner at Measure Law Office, P.C., where he focuses his practice in the areas of bank representation, criminal defense, estate planning and probate. Before joining Measure Law Office, P.C., he was a solo practitioner in Bigfork, Montana. Mr. Sullivan was raised in Bigfork, Montana and attended The University of Montana as a National Merit Scholar. He received a B.A. degree in philosophy and graduated as a distinguished scholar through the Davidson Honor's College. He attended law school at the University of Pennsylvania School of Law in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Mr. Sullivan is a board member of the Community Foundation for a Better Bigfork and the chairman of the executive board for the Flathead Valley of CASA for Kids program. He is admitted to practice before Montana District Court, the Montana Supreme Court, Montana Federal District Court and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
