RICHARD DeJANA is a member manager of the Kalispell law firm of Richard DeJana and Associates PLLC, where his areas of practice include insurance defense, zoning, planning and land use, business law and fair debt collection. Mr. DeJana has frequently lectured on topics such as land use, zoning and boundary law matters. He earned his A.B. degree from Rockhurst College and his J.D. degree from the University of Montana. Mr. DeJana is a member of the Northwest Montana and American bar associations. HOWARD F. RECHT is a member of the law firm of Recht & Recht, P.C., where he practices in the areas of transactional work, including real estate contracts, wills and estates, and family law. Mr. Recht is a frequent lecturer for National Business Institute and to various professional groups. He earned his B.S. degree from Brigham Young University and his J.D. degree from the University of Montana. Mr. Recht is a member of and the lead for the Ravalli County Bar Association. RICHARD A. WEBER is the sole practitioner of Richard A. Weber, P.C., where he practices in the areas of real estate, civil litigation, banking, trust and estates, family law and business startups. Mr. Weber earned his B.S. degree from St. John's University-Collegeville, Minnesota and his J.D. degree from the University of Montana. He is a member of the Western Montana Bar Association, the State Bar of Montana and the American Association for Justice and the Montana Trial Lawyers Association.
