SHANE P. COLEMAN is a partner in the Billings office of Holland & Hart LLP. He has concentrated his practice in the areas of litigation, including employment litigation, commercial litigation and intellectual property litigation. Mr. Coleman has spoken on employment law issues to various business and trade associations. He earned his B.S.E.E. degree at Montana State University and his J.D. degree, with honors, at the University of Montana. JASON T. RITCHIE is an attorney with the Billings law firm of Holland & Hart LLP. He has focused his practice in the areas of labor and employment law, commercial litigation and corporation litigation since 2004. Mr. Ritchie has spoken to human resource, business and legal professionals on employment law issues, including the FMLA, ADA, wrongful discharge, and employee handbooks and policies. He earned his B.S. degree at Carroll College and his J.D. degree at the University of Montana. Mr. Ritchie is a member of the American and Yellowstone County bar associations, and the State Bar of Montana. MICHELLE M. SULLIVAN is of counsel to the law firm of Holland & Hart LLP, where she maintains a litigation practice focusing primarily on employment law (including wrongful discharge, Title VII, FMLA and ERISA claims). She also advises clients on a broad range of employment-related issues. Prior to beginning her legal career, Ms. Sullivan was a licensed certified public accountant and worked as an auditor for KPMG, LLP in Washington D.C. and in Billings, Montana. Ms. Sullivan was named a "Mountain States Rising Star" by Super Lawyers in 2009, and is a member of the American and Montana Bar Associations. She received her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Montana State University, and her J.D. degree from the University of Montana School of Law.
