ROGEN K. CHHABRA is a partner with the law firm of Chhabra & Gibbs P.A., where his areas of practice include workers' compensation and personal injury. FUNDERBURG is a partner in the Jackson law firm of Jones, Funderburg, Sessums, Peterson & Lee, PLLC, practicing in Jackson, Mississippi. More than half of his practice consists of representing claimants in workers' compensation cases. Mr. Funderburg also has represented employers, self-insured funds and carriers on workers' compensation claims as a partner with Upshaw, Williams, Biggers, Beckham & Riddick in their Jackson office. He has written several papers discussing Mississippi workers' compensation and bad faith law and is a frequent speaker at seminars and legal conferences. Mr. Funderburg earned both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Mississippi. He is a member of The Mississippi Bar, the Hinds County Bar Association, the Mississippi Association for Justice and the Best Lawyers in America. ALAN C. GOODMAN is an attorney with Morgan and Morgan, PA, and devotes his entire practice to the representation of injured workers. He has more than 19 years' experience primarily in the areas of litigation and workers' compensation and he is a past presenter for National Business Institute on issues involving workers' compensation and insurance defense. Mr. Goodman earned his B.S. and J.D. degrees from the University of Mississippi. He is a member of The Mississippi Bar and the Hinds County, Louisiana State and American bar associations.
