BETTY RUTH FOX is of counsel with Watkins & Eager. Her main areas of practice include environmental law and bankruptcy. Ms. Fox is a member of The Mississippi Bar and the American Bar Association. She received her B.B.A. degree from Millsaps College and her J.D. degree, with distinction, from Mississippi College School of Law. SEAN A. MILNER is a partner with the law offices of Milner & Nixon, PLLC, where his main areas of practice include real estate and real estate litigation. He has been hired as an expert on various real estate matters. Mr. Milner earned his B.S. degree from Mississippi College and his J.D. degree from Mississippi College School of Law. STEVEN NIXON is a partner with the law offices of Milner & Nixon, PLLC, where his main areas of practice are family law and real property litigation. He is a former adjunct professor at Mississippi College School of Law where he taught legal writing. He is a municipal court judge for Clinton, Mississippi. Mr. Nixon earned his B.A. degree from Louisiana Tech University and his J.D. degree from Mississippi College School of Law. He is a member of the Mississippi, Louisiana and American (Real Property and Probate Section) bar associations, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. DONALD G. OGDEN is vice president and state counsel of First American Title Insurance Company in Mississippi, where his responsibilities include title insurance underwriting and claims resolution. He regularly speaks at real estate seminars for attorneys, agents and their staff. Mr. Ogden earned his B.A. degree from Auburn University and his J.D. degree from the University of Mississippi. He is a member of The Mississippi Bar and the Tri-County Real Estate Lawyer's Association.
