KENNETH D. FARMER, is an attorney with YoungWilliams P.A. in Jackson, Mississippi, as a member of the firm's Business Opportunities Group. He concentrates his law practice in the areas of general business, corporate and real estate transactions. Mr. Farmer represents clients in the sale and acquisition of closely-held businesses and commercial properties, acquisition due diligence, commercial leasing, and general corporate and property matters. He is a member of the Mississippi Bar, the Florida Bar, the Hinds County Bar Association and UF-FARE (Friends and Alumni of Real Estate). Mr. Farmer began his law career in Florida at the law firm of Clayton-Johnston, P.A. He also served in the U.S. Army. Mr. Farmer earned his B.B.A. degree at the University of Southern Mississippi, his M.S. degree at the University of Florida, and his J.D.degree at the University of Florida Levin College of Law. RICHARD MONTAGUE is a member of the Jackson law firm of Wells, Moore, Simmons & Hubbard, PLLC, where he has devoted his practice to bankruptcy and commercial litigation. He is a frequent speaker on Real Estate and Bankruptcy matters. Mr. Montague has published two articles on the exemption of retirement plans in bankruptcy in the Mississippi College Law Review and is a frequent speaker at CLE seminars on bankruptcy and insolvency related issues. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, and his J.D. degree from Vanderbilt University. Mr. Montague is a member of the Hinds County Bar, The Mississippi Bar, the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Mississippi Bankruptcy Conference. DONALD G. OGDEN is vice-president and state counsel of First American Title Insurance Company, in Mississippi, where his responsibilities include title insurance underwriting and claims resolution. He regularly speaks at real estate seminars for attorneys, agents and their staff. Mr. Ogden earned his B.A. degree from Auburn University and his J.D. degree from the University of Mississippi. He is a member of The Mississippi Bar and the Tri-County Real Estate Lawyer's Association. GRETCHEN ZMITROVICH is an associate in the Government Regulatory Actions Group of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC. Ms. Zmitrovich focuses her practice on environmental law with experience in regulatory work involving permitting and enforcement matters, civil and criminal litigation, and government investigations. She also routinely provides advice to clients on environmental liabilities associated with real estate transactions and contractual matters. Prior to law school, Ms. Zmitrovich worked as an engineer with the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality's Uncontrolled Sites Section, overseeing the investigation and remediation of contaminated sites statewide. She earned her J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from Mississippi College School of Law and her B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from Mississippi State University. Ms. Zmitrovich is a member of the American (Environment, Energy and Resources Section), Mississippi (executive committee of Natural Resources, Environmental and Energy Law Section) and Capital Area bar associations, as well as the Jackson Young Lawyers and the Mississippi Women Lawyers Association.
