MICHAEL T. DAWKINS practices law in the Jackson office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC, where he is a shareholder in the Government Regulatory Actions practice group. After earning his B.A. degree from the University of Mississippi, Mr. Dawkins worked in public accounting for four years. He became a Certified Public Accountant in 1984 and has maintained his CPA license. He earned his J.D. degree from the University of Alabama. Much of his practice relates in some way to enforcement, investigations or criminal prosecutions pursued by or on behalf of a government agency, including criminal matters pursued by the Criminal Investigation Division of the IRS or the Criminal Tax Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. Mr. Dawkins is admitted to practice law in Mississippi, Alabama and Tennessee. EDLEY H. JONES III is a member of McGlinchey Stafford PLLC, where his main areas of practice are commercial real estate, commercial transactions and corporate organization. Mr. Jones is a member of The Mississippi Bar, Association of Defense Trial Lawyers, Defense Research Institute, Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association and the Bar Association of the 5th Circuit. He earned his B.A. degree from Millsaps College and his J.D. degree from the University of Mississippi. RICHARD MONTAGUE is a member of the Jackson law firm of Wells, Moore, Simmons & Hubbard, PLLC, where he has devoted his practice to bankruptcy and commercial litigation. He has published two articles on the exemption of retirement plans in bankruptcy in the Mississippi College Law Review and is a frequent speaker at CLE seminars on bankruptcy and insolvency related issues. Mr. Montague earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, and his J.D. degree from Vanderbilt University. He is a member of the Hinds County Bar, The Mississippi Bar, the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Mississippi Bankruptcy Conference. DONALD G. OGDEN is vice-president and state counsel of First American Title Insurance Company, in Mississippi, where his responsibilities include title insurance underwriting and claims resolution. He regularly speaks at real estate seminars for attorneys, agents and their staff. Mr. Ogden earned his B.A. degree from Auburn University and his J.D. degree from the University of Mississippi. He is a member of The Mississippi Bar and the Tri-County Real Estate Lawyer's Association.
