MICHAEL V. CORY JR. is a partner in the law firm of Danks, Miller, Hamer & Cory, where his practice is largely focused on general civil and commercial litigation. Mr. Cory has represented both insurance companies and plaintiffs in insurance coverage and bad faith cases. He is the co-author of "Mississippi Uninsured Motorist Law - Where Do We Go From Here?", 69 Miss. L.J. 455 (1999), and "The Circumvention Of Mississippi's Prohibition Of Direct Actions", 66 Miss. L.J. 493 (1997). Mr. Cory earned his B.A. degree from the University of Alabama and his J.D. degree from the University of Mississippi. He is a member of the Hinds County Bar Association and The Mississippi Bar. JONATHAN S. MASTERS is a memberĀ of Holcomb Dunbar, P.A. He concentrates his practice on personal injury defense, products liability, insurance defense litigation, and medical malpractice. Mr. Masters earned his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Mississippi College School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Mississippi and Tennessee, and before the U.S. District courts for the Northern and Southern districts of Mississippi, the U.S. District courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th and 8th Circuits. Mr. Masters is a regular speaker on insurance and litigation-related topics for National Business Institute. He is a member of the American Bar Association (Litigation, Trial Practice and Evidence committees), the Defense Research Institute and American Inns of Court. WILLIAM B. STEWART is an shareholder with the Ridgeland law firm of Copeland, Cook, Taylor & Bush, P.A. He has represented a number of insurance companies and their insured in both state and federal courts in Mississippi and Louisiana, involving the defense of claims arising from personal injury, wrongful death, construction defects, and exposure to asbestos. Mr. Stewart also has experience in estate and domestic matters, and has trial experience in both the Circuit and Chancery Courts in Mississippi. He is admitted to the Mississippi state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern districts of Mississippi, the Louisiana state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Western and Middle districts of Louisiana, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit. Mr. Stewart earned his B.A. degree from Louisiana State University and his J.D. degree from Mississippi College School of Law. He is a member of The Mississippi Bar, and Louisiana State and Madison County bar associations, and the Mississippi Defense Lawyer's Association.
