WALTER BOONE has been practicing general and commercial litigation with Forman, Perry, Watkins, Krutz & Tardy LLP for more than twenty years, and has been given the AV Peer-Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell. In his years of experience, he has focused on the representation of clients in major personal injury litigation, commercial disputes, and insurance coverage litigation. In addition to the successful representation of his clients, Mr. Boone has received a number of honors and awards, including: "The Randy" and "Altec All Star" Awards by Altec Industries, Inc., Leadership Jackson, "Top 40 Under 40" by the Mississippi Business Journal, "Boss of the Year" by Jackson Legal Professionals Association, and "Pro Bono Publico" Award by the Hinds County Bar Association. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from both Georgetown University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Mississippi School of Law J. CHASE BRYAN practices in the Jackson law firm of Forman Perry Watkins Krutz & Tardy, PLLC, in the areas commercial litigation, business torts, insurance coverage litigation and premises liability litigation. He received his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Mississippi. He is a member of The Mississippi Bar, the Mississippi Defense Lawyer's Association and the American Bar Association (Litigation Section). JASON BUSH is a commercial litigator with a wide range of experience across many types of litigation. He handles breach of contract cases and covenants not to compete, and represents insurance carriers and third party administrators in a variety of coverage and bad faith litigation. Mr. Bush has defended banks and financial institutions in lender liability litigation, and has experience with fraud and fiduciary duty claims, as well. He has also handled intellectual property and real property litigation. Mr. Bush has been part of several successful trial teams and handled appeals before the Mississippi Court of Appeals and Mississippi Supreme Court. He is a member of the Jackson Young Lawyers Association (CLE Committee Chairman, 2007), the Hinds County, American and Federal bar associations, the Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association and the Defense Research Institute(Commercial Litigation, Insurance Law and Drug and Medical Device Committees). He earned his B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from Mississippi State University and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Mississippi. JUDY M. GUICE is an attorney with the Law Offices of Judy Guice. She brings decades of experience to the table in representation of her clients. Ms. Guice's practice focuses on civil litigation from the plaintiff's perspective, primarily in the areas of personal injury and insurance bad faith. Ms. Guice has a proven record as a tough, yet compassionate advocate for her clients. She has been selected by her peers as the 2010 Outstanding Woman Lawyer of the Year. Ms. Guice has recently been elected as a fellow of the Mississippi Bar Foundation, an honor reserved for only ten percent of the lawyers in Mississippi as recognition for their professionalism, competence, leadership, and dedication to service. She is board-certified in civil trial advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. A lifetime member of the Mississippi Association of Justice, Ms. Guice has served in many capacities of that organization, including president. She is a sustaining member of the American Association for Justice and has served on various committees including the Scientific and Medical Integrity Committee, the President's Council, co-chair of the State Legislative Advisory Committee, the Motor Vehicle Insurance Coordination Committee, and co-chair of the State Legislative Outreach Committee. She also is active in the Mississippi Bar Association and has served on the Summer School for Lawyers Committee, Women in the Profession Committee, and the Lawyers and Judges Assistance Program Committee. She was appointed by the Mississippi Supreme Court to serve on the Complaints Tribunal from 1995 to 2001. She also is a member of the Mississippi Women Lawyers Association, the Public Justice Foundation and the Pound Civil Justice Institute. She speaks frequently at continuing legal education events. Ms. Guice has earned her J.D. degree from Millsaps College and her B.A. degree from the University of Mississippi. She is licensed to practice law in all state and federal courts in Mississippi, in the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and in the United States Supreme Court.
