JAMES W. GLADDEN JR. is an attorney with Gladden Law Office, PLLC, where his practice focuses on real estate, zoning, planning, land use law and family law. He has lectured previously for National Business Institute and various other professional groups on real estate, zoning and land use law issues. Mr. Gladden is a member of The Mississippi Bar, the Alabama State Bar and the American (member, State and Government Law Section) Bar Association. He earned his A.B. and M.S. degrees from the University of Alabama and his J.D. degree from Mississippi College. JAMES H. ISONHOOD is a Special Assistant Attorney General for the state of Mississippi assigned to represent the Mississippi Transportation Commission. His work for the Mississippi Transportation Commission includes representation of the maintenance division, environmental division, and asset management division, as well as two of the state districts. Mr. Isonhood is a former registered professional engineer (P.E.) and he has spoken at a number of national conferences, including at the Outdoor Advertising Association of America in 2007 and 2008. He currently teaches business law and math at Hinds Community College, where he has taught for more than 20 years. Mr. Isonhood has published in the Mississippi Oil and Gas Law Journal, and has presented papers at the National Transportation Research Board, the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) subcommittee on Right of Way, the National Association of Highway Beautification Agencies (past chair of board)(NAH-BA). He earned his B.S. degree from Mississippi State University and his J.D. degree from Mississippi College School of Law. Mr. Isonhood is a member of the National Association of Highway Beautification Agencies (former chair), the Transportation Research Board (chair of Eminent Domain and Right of Way Committee, Right of Way Technical Committee, Legal Subcommittee), the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (Outdoor Advertising Technical Committee under the Right of Way Subcommittee), the Society of Petroleum Engineers (former member) and The Mississippi Bar. LISA A. REPPETO is a shareholder in the Jackson office of Watkins Ludlam Winter & Stennis, P.A., where she practices in the areas of outdoor advertising law, products liability defense, eminent domain, real property litigation, commercial litigation and zoning law. Ms. Reppeto is a member of the Outdoor Advertising Association of America, The Mississippi Bar, the Hinds County Bar Association and the International Council of Shopping Centers. She earned her B.B.A. degree from Millsaps College and her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Mississippi.
