He concentrates his litigation practice in the areas of commercial litigation, business torts, governmental liability, employment law, insurance law and insurance coverage, and general litigation matters. Mr. Hester was responsible for the recovery of a multiple million dollar monetary jury awards for the firm's clients in complex civil litigation.
