Mr. Brawner's recent presentations and publications include "Life Care Planning, Vocational Evaluation, Internal Return to Work and Job Placement Services in the Private Rehabilitation Sector" at the Mississippi State University, Starkville; and "Fundamentals of Loss of Earning Capacity and Life Care Planning" for the Mississippi chapter of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals in Jackson, Mississippi. SAMUEL A. MONTGOMERY is a sole practitioner in Madison, Mississippi, where he focuses his practice on Social Security. Mr. Montgomery earned his B.A. degree from Millsaps College and his J.D. degree from the University of Mississippi. He is a member of The Mississippi Bar and has spent 31 years as an administrative law judge. BOBBY TAYLOR VANCE is a sole practitioner in Batesville, Mississippi. She also is licensed in Tennessee. Ms. Vance has been practicing law for 18 years, with approximately 15 years as a sole practitioner. She is engaged in the general practice of law with an emphasis in Social Security, criminal defense, tort, workers' compensation and family law.
