MARK H. LYON is an associate with Huron Consulting Group, where he specializes in eDiscovery and litigation support. Mr. Lyon is a former associate and law clerk at Ringer Law Firm in Florence, Mississippi. He is a member of The Mississippi Bar and licensed in Washington D.C. and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Lyon is responsible for daily management and oversight of time sensitive, large scale document review, redaction, and privilege log projects in New York and Delhi, India. His assignments frequently involve teams of 60-80 reviewers completing populations exceeding one million documents. Mr. Lyon is experienced in usage and administration of most major review platforms (including Amici/Xerox XLS, Attenex, Concordance, iCONECT, Introspect and Relativity). He assists in design, development and testing of database and review tools. Mr. Lyon was promoted to a permanent position following temporary employment in a contract document review position. In that role, he performed first-level privilege, and quality control review for various financial, maritime, corporate and educational endowment matters. My Lyon earned his B.S. degree from Mississippi College and his J.D. degree from Mississippi College School of Law. STEVEN NIXON is a partner with the law offices of Milner & Nixon, PLLC, where his main areas of practice are family law and real property litigation. Mr. Nixon is a former adjunct professor at Mississippi College School of Law, where he taught legal writing. He is a municipal court judge for Clinton, Mississippi. Mr. Nixon earned his B.A. degree from Louisiana Tech University and his J.D. degree from Mississippi College School of Law. He is a member of The Mississippi Bar, Louisiana State Bar Association, American Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
