VIRGIL G. GILLESPIE is a sole practitioner with Gillespie Law Firm, located in Gulfport. He is a member of The Mississippi Bar and the South Central Bar Association. He also served as President of the Hattiesburg Area Young Lawyers Association. ALLEN PURVIS is the president of Allen Purvis And Associates, Inc. He has been a licensed real estate appraiser in South Mississippi since 1973. Mr. Purvis' experience extends from residential properties to commercial, industrial, farm, rural assignments, and testifying as an expert witness in numerous court cases. Mr. Purvis has been employed by governmental agencies to appraise property for eminent domain, community development, and other local government programs. He earned his B.S. degree from Mississippi State University.
