BRADLEY T. GOLMON is an attorney with the Oxford law firm of Holcomb Dunbar, P.A., where he practices in the areas of commercial litigation, collection, residential and commercial financing and insurance defense. His experience with commercial matters includes litigation over contract matters, land based and maritime matters, handling commercial and residential financing, collection of debt and foreclosure, representing creditors in bankruptcy matters and contract advice and preparation. He is a member of the Lafayette County Bar Association and The Mississippi Bar. Mr. Golmon received his B.A. degree from Mississippi College and his J.D. degree from the University of Mississippi. ELBERT E. HALEY JR. is a sole practitioner in Flowood where he practices in the areas of collections, foreclosures, repossessions, bankruptcy, general courtroom litigation and general creditors. He lectures on FDCPA and creditor issues for the county bar associations and various CLE seminars. He is a member of the American and Rankin County bar associations and The Mississippi Bar. Mr. Haley received his B.A. degree from the University of Mississippi and his J.D. degree from Jackson School of Law. LESTER F. SMITH is a partner in the Jackson law firm of Smith & McArty where he practices in the areas of collections, bankruptcy, business law and litigation. He frequently speaks at seminars in regard to his practice areas, including seminars on the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and on collection law. Mr. Smith is a member of The Mississippi Bar, the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys, the Mississippi Bankruptcy Conference and the Metropolitan Consumers Credit Association. He received his B.S. and J.D. degrees from the University of Mississippi where he was associate editor of The Mississippi Law Journal.
