R. MICHAEL BOLEN is a partner in the law firm of Hood & Bolen, PLLC. He was appointed as U.S. Trustee for Louisiana and Mississippi (Region 5) on June 2, 2002 and served until December 31, 2010. Mr. Bolen was senior attorney for the U.S. Trustee in the Jackson, Mississippi, office from 1988 until his appointment as U.S. Trustee. He was an estate administrator for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Mississippi from 1984 to 1988. Mr. Bolen was a member of the Booneville, Mississippi, firm of Gifford, Moore & Bolen from 1979 to 1984, and an assistant city prosecutor for Booneville from 1981 to 1984. He earned his law degree from Mississippi College School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Mississippi in Oxford. During his career, Mr. Bolen has served as president of the Mississippi Bankruptcy Conference, the National Association of Estate Administrators and the MC Law Alumni Association in 1992 and 2011 and was named MC Law Lawyer of the Year in 1988 and 2003. (Jackson and Gulfport locations) JASON GRAEBER is an attorney with Sheehan & Johnson, PLLC. Mr. Graeber has practiced law on the Mississippi Gulf Coast since August 2006. He earned his J.D. degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law and focuses his practice in the areas of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, Consumer Rights, and Estate Planning. Mr. Graeber is admitted to practice in all state courts of the state of Mississippi, the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi, and before the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Mississippi. (Jackson and Gulfport locations) TODD S. JOHNS is a staff attorney with Harold J. Barkley, Jr., Chapter 13 Trustee for the Southern District of Mississippi. Mr. Johns was an assistant state attorney for the 3rd Judicial District of Florida. He has practiced insurance defense in Jackson with Page, Kruger & Holland and Currie, Johnson, Griffin, Gaines & Myer. Mr. Johns earned his B.S. degree from Jacksonville University and his J.D. degree from Mississippi College of Law School. (Jackson and Gulfport locations)
