Mr. Easterling earned his B.S. degree, in investment finance, from the University of Alabama and his J.D. degree from the University of Mississippi - School of Law. He recently received outstanding reviews while training at the renowned American Bar Association's Family Law Trial Advocacy Institute in Denver, Colorado. Mr. Easterling is a member of the American Bar Association (Family Law Section) and the Mississippi Bar Association.

PATRICIA E. HERLIHY is of counsel with Watkins Ludlam Winter & Stennis, P.A. Her practice focuses primarily on family law matters, including divorce, custody, visitation, marital agreements and contempt actions. Ms. Herlihy is a member of the Hinds County Bar Association, the Madison County Bar Association and The Mississippi Bar. She is a trustee with Leadership Madison County and an alumnus of Leadership Jackson who has spoken to several groups on current domestic law topics. Ms. Herlihy earned her B.A. degree from Tulane University in New Orleans and her J.D. degree from the University of Mississippi.

JOHN M. MOONEY JR. is a sole practitioner in Madison, Mississippi. He practices in the areas of family law, labor and employment law, constitutional law, school employment law, and corporate law. Mr. Mooney has published in the areas of family law and served as seminar speaker on all aspects involved in a divorce. He also has published in the area of labor and employment law and intellectual property law, and has represented members of the Professional Educators Association of Mississippi in school employment related matters. Mr. Mooney is a member of The Mississippi Bar (Labor and Employment Law, Family Law sections) and the Hinds County Bar Association. He also is the past president of the Hinds County Trial Lawyers Association and has served as the chairman of the Board of Directors of the Mississippi Committee for the Prevention of Child Abuse. Mr. Mooney earned his B.A. degree from the University of Southern Mississippi and his J.D. degree from Mississippi College School of Law.
