NATHAN J. CUMMINS is a Certified Public Accountant with May & Company, LLP. Mr. Cummins is a native of Clinton, Mississippi. He attended Mississippi State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Professional Accountancy degree and a Master of Taxation degree. He joined May & Company in 2004 as staff accountant and was promoted to partner in 2010. As a partner, his responsibilities include overseeing accounting, auditing and tax related engagements. Mr. Cummins specializes in construction related engagements; however, his audit experience includes not only the construction industry, but the healthcare, non-profit foundation and organization and governmental industries as well. Along with being a Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Cummins is also a Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP). A CITP is a Certified Public Accountant recognized for his or her unique ability to leverage technology to effectively manage information while ensuring the data's reliability, security, accessibility and relevance. Mr. Cummins is a member of the MSU Alumni Association, MSCPA and AICPA. BARRY K. JONES is a shareholder in the Jackson law firm of Wise Carter Child & Caraway, P.A., where he practices in the areas of state and federal taxation, estate planning, estate administration and elder law. He is also a certified public accountant. Mr. Jones is a frequent speaker to professional, civic and academic groups on taxation, estate planning, estate administration and elder law topics. He is a member of a number of professional organizations, including the American (Taxation and Real Property, Probate and Trust Law sections) and Tennessee (Taxation, and Probate and Trust Law sections) bar associations; The Mississippi Bar (Taxation, and Estate and Trust sections); and the State Bar of Georgia (Taxation, Fiduciary Law and Elder Law sections). Mr. Jones is also a member of the Estate Planning Council of Mississippi, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the American Association of Attorneys-Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (Personal Financial Planning Section) and the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants. He previously served on the national Board of Directors of the 29,000-member Financial Planning Association and is a member of the Mississippi Chapter of FPA. Mr. Jones is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi, and earned his J.D. and LL.M. degrees from Emory University School of Law. PAUL E. ROGERS is the senior partner of Paul E. Rogers, P.A., a general practice law firm located in Jackson, Mississippi. He has practiced law in Jackson for more than 20 years. Mr. Rogers earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Millsaps College and his J.D. degree, with distinction, from Mississippi College School of Law. He was awarded an honorable mention from the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants in recognition of passing the Certified Public Accountant examination at his first sitting. Mr. Rogers is admitted to practice in all Federal and State courts in the state of Mississippi, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit and the U.S. Tax Court.
