MARK R. BATES is a member of the law firm of Rynearson, Suess, Schnurbusch & Champion LLC, where he practices in the areas of workers’ compensation defense and labor and employment law. Mr. Bates is a frequent lecturer on topics related to workers’ compensation defense, employment law, and related business topics, such as the ADA, FMLA and human resources issues. GRETA E. DAIBER, an attorney with Early, Miranda & Petraborg, P.C., divides her practice between the workers' compensation and civil litigation departments at the firm. Ms. Daiber earned her B.S. degree from Fontbonne University and her J.D. degree from the University of Missouri at Columbia. KAREN A. MULROY is a member of the workers' compensation practice group in the law firm of Evans & Dixon, L.L.C.
