STEPHANIE L. MOLL is an attorney in the St. Louis law firm of Bryan Cave LLP. CORT MACBETH SMITH is an attorney in The Barklage Law Firm, LLC in St. Charles. Mr. Smith practices in the areas of estate planning, administration and litigation, including fiduciary liability law, elder law and special needs trusts. He has previously lectured for National Business Institute on estate planning and administration matters. Mr. Smith is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the St. Charles County Bar Association. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Missouri - Columbia and his J.D. degree from the University of Missouri - Kansas City, where he was the recipient of the Kansas City Estate Planning Symposium Prize for his research and writing on Missouri's Discovery of Assets statute.
