DANIEL A. JUENGEL is the managing partner of Frank, Juengel & Radefeld, P.C., where his practice focuses exclusively on the defense of serious felony offenses in state and federal courts. Mr. Juengel has been named by the American Trial Lawyers Association as one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in Missouri. He also is certified in the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. Mr. Juengel has tried cases throughout the St. Louis Metropolitan Area and has argued before the Eastern District Court of Appeals, the Missouri Supreme Court and the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals. He earned his J.D. degree from the University of Missouri - St. Louis. Mr. Juengel earned his law degree from the University of Missouri - Kansas City. He is a life member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and a member of the Missouri Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis (Criminal Law Section), The Missouri Bar and the Criminal Justice Section of the ABA. TRAVIS L. NOBLE JR. is a member of the law firm of Sindel, Sindel & Noble, P.C., where he practices in the areas of criminal trial practice, business crimes law, drug law, and driving while intoxicated (criminal and administrative). Mr. Noble serves on the Board of Directors of the Missouri Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and has served as a police officer from 1985 to 1990 and a narcotics agent from 1990 to 1995. He has instructed in the areas of narcotics investigations, forensics, criminal investigations, police K-9, standardized field sobriety testing and DWI investigations. As a result of ten years in law enforcement, Mr. Noble brings a unique outlook and background in the defense of persons charged with crimes. In addition to trying cases throughout the state of Missouri, he has represented defendants in both federal and state courts throughout the United States. Mr. Noble earned his B.S. degree from the University of Maine and his J.D. degree from St. Louis University. He also is a graduate of the Maine Criminal Justice Academy, the Maine State Police K-9 Academy and the Drug Enforcement Administration Basic Agent Academy. Mr. Noble is a member of The Missouri Bar, the St. Louis County Bar Association, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Missouri Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the National College for DUI Defense. RICHARD H. SINDEL is a shareholder in the St. Louis, Missouri, law firm of Sindel, Sindel & Noble, P.C., where he practices in the areas of criminal trial, appellate practice, business crimes, and drug law. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Kansas and his J.D. degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Mr. Sindel has lectured to numerous professional groups including the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys and the Legal Education Institute. He is a recipient of the Atticus Finch Award from the Missouri Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys.
