PAUL F. DEVINE is an attorney with the law firm Vatterott, Harris, Devine & Kwentus, P.C. Mr. Lorenz has lectured to various legal and real estate professionals on title and real estate matters. Mr. Lorenz earned his B.A. degree from Webster University and his J.D. degree from Washington University. GREGORY C. MOLLETT is an officer in the litigation and environmental practice groups and head of the real estate litigation sub group for Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale, P.C. He represents clients in real estate, environmental and commercial litigation. As part of his real estate practice, Mr. Mollett represents and counsels real estate developers, property owners and property managers. His practice involves risk assessment, counseling and litigation of sales and lease relationships. Mr. Mollett has litigated rent and possession, unlawful detainer, forcible entry and detainer, condemnation, inverse condemnation and private takings cases. He earned his B.S. degree from Central Washington University, his M.B.A. degree from City University and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Illinois. Mr. Mollett is a member of The Missouri Bar, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and the American Institute of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters.
