TED D. DISABATO is the currently the managing member of TdD Attorneys at Law LLC and broker/owner of Premier Saint Louis Properties, a full service real estate brokerage. Before forming his family of real estate focused companies, Mr. Disabato held the position of president and general counsel for an $8M regional title insurance agent, servicing the states of Missouri, Kansas and Nebraska. He served as underwriting counsel in the St. Louis office of First American Title Insurance Company, National Commercial Services, where he was an integral part of complex commercial transactions throughout the country, some in excess of $200M, including the key Saint Louis landmark buildings of Saavis (now Scottrade) Center and One Bell Center (The AT&T building). Mr. Disabato also served as manager for the National Residential Real Estate Division of the Citigroup Private Bank in New York City. In that position, he managed a group of attorneys and paralegals that handled real estate loan closings for private banking clients. These clients included international dignitaries, individuals appearing in Forbes top 100 wealthiest people, famous television and radio personalities, and professional sports stars. Mr. Disabato began his career as a law clerk and then associate attorney for a default servicing law firm, representing national mortgage lenders in foreclosure and title litigation matters. He earned his B.A. degree, his J.D. degree and his M.B.A. degree from Saint Louis University. Mr. Disabato is state director for the Missouri Association of Realtors; holds a mortgage originator's license in Missouri; and is a regular speaker for continuing legal education classes in St. Louis, and for the Missouri and Kansas Land Title Associations. He is a member of the National, Missouri and St. Louis Associations of Realtors; Urban Land Institute; The Missouri Bar; Kansas Bar Association; U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western districts of Missouri; and the U.S. District Court of Kansas.

GARY H. FEDER is a partner in the law firm of Husch Blackwell, LLP, where he focuses his practice in real estate law, including acquisition, zoning and condemnation issues, corporate law, and related litigation. He is a frequent speaker on a variety of real estate development issues, such as the use of tax increment financing, transportation development districts and urban redevelopment corporations. Mr. Feder distinguishes himself in zoning work and public/private partnerships. According to Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business, he is a results-oriented lawyer who is always good to work with, and effective before planning and zoning boards, securing permits and creating tax incentives for his developer client base. Mr. Feder has written extensively on redevelopment, tax abatement, tax increment financing and related development incentives. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America, 2007-2011, in land use & zoning law, real estate law, eminent domain and condemnation law; Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers, Top 50 in St. Louis, 2005, Real Estate Law, 2005-2010; and Chambers USA, Real Estate Law (Missouri), 2007-2011. He earned his A.B. degree; his LL.M, in taxation; and his J.D. degree from Washington University in St. Louis. CARL LUMLEY is the president of the law firm Curtis, Heinz, Garrett & O'Keefe, P.C. where he focuses his practice on municipal law and public utilities. Mr. Lumley earned his B.A. degree from the University of Dallas and his J.D. degree from Washington University School of Law. He has previously lectured on land use matters for National Business Institute, and has lectured for the Missouri Municipal League and St. Louis County Municipal League. He is a member of the Missouri Bar and the Missouri Municipal Attorneys Association.

PAUL T. SONDEREGGER is a member of the Thompson Coburn LLP's environmental and real estate and construction litigation practice group. He has represented clients in numerous areas of environmental law and real estate and construction law. Mr. Sonderegger's environmental work focuses on litigation and regulatory compliance matters. In court, he has both prosecuted and defended CERCLA contribution and cost recovery lawsuits, litigation under the Missouri Spill Bill, cases involving Illinois Environmental Protection Act, the federal Clean Water Act, and the Missouri Clean Water Law, as well as common law tort actions and contract disputes. In matters of compliance, Mr. Sonderegger has negotiated with and handled matters involving the Environmental Protection Agency, the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency, the Department of the Interior Office of Surface Mining, and the Illinois Department of Natural Resources. He has experience involving groundwater issues, both in court and in administrative adjudication, and in the mining industry, regarding environmental land use controls, reclamation implementation and operations, and post-mining land-use. Mr. Sonderegger has participated in every facet of negotiation and litigation, including drafting pleadings and briefs, preparing and arguing complex motions, representing clients during mediations, trying cases in court, and preparing and arguing appeals before the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District; the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 7th and 8th circuits; and the Missouri Supreme Court. He also has had much experience in drafting and arguing Daubert motions to exclude expert testimony and motions for summary judgment. Mr. Sonderegger's real estate and construction work has focused on prosecuting and defending eminent domain lawsuits, commercial lease disputes and complex construction cases. He has worked diligently on many large public projects, including the Cross County MetroLink Extension. With regard to Missouri's 2006 eminent domain reform legislation, Mr. Sonderegger assisted state legislators, and private and public stakeholders in reaching consensus on that bill. As with his experience in environmental law, he has participated in all facets of negotiation and litigation of real estate and construction matters, including representing clients during mediation, in court when trying cases, and in preparing and arguing appeals. Mr. Sonderegger earned his B.A. degree, with honors, from Washington University in St. Louis and his J.D. degree, with distinction, from the University of Iowa.
