BRENT W. BALDWIN is listed in the LawDragon Top 500 Lawyers in the United States. WUESTLING is a senior partner in the St. Louis law firm of Wuestling & James, L.C., where he leads the firm's practice in legal malpractice defense, insurance coverage questions, extra-contractual liability, personal injury defense, and construction and design liability. He has tried more than 60 jury trials to conclusion and is attorney of record in 26 appeals. He practices in all federal and state courts in Missouri, the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals and is enrolled to appear before the U.S. Supreme Court. In December of 2009, Mr. Wuestling was elected by Missouri lawyers who reside in St. Louis County, Missouri to serve a six year term on the Twenty-First Judicial Commission. The Commission provides the governor with a panel of three candidates to fill vacancies on the bench of the circuit court of St. Louis County. The Commission is composed of two elected attorneys, the chief judge of the Missouri Courts of Appeals Eastern District, and two lay people who are appointed by the governor. His term will run from January of 2010 until December of 2016. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia and his J.D. degree from Washburn University School of Law.
