CORINNE N. DARVISH is a sole practitioner in St. Louis County with a practice primarily in business, real estate and zoning law. He is a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, the Missouri Bar, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Commercial Law League of America and the American Collectors Association, and is a life member of Kingston's National Registry of Who's Who. He has previously lectured in the areas of collections and landlord/tenant. STEPHEN A. MARTIN is an attorney with more than 25 years of legal experience, representing clients in a variety of general practice areas, including the areas of civil litigation, real estate law, business law, municipal law and estate planning. Mr. Martin is the owner and founding member of The Law Office of Stephen A. Martin in St. Charles, Missouri. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, the St. Louis County Bar Association and the St. Charles County Bar Association. Mr. Martin is also a member of the St. Charles City Landmark Preservation Board and a chairperson of the St. Charles Historic Landmarks Preservation Architectural Review Board. He earned his B.A. degree, with honors, from the University of Missouri at Columbia and his J.D. degree from the University of Missouri at Kansas City School of Law. THOMAS E. OSTERHOLT JR. is a partner in the law firm of Spencer Fane Britt & Browne LLP, in St. Louis where he practices in business and corporate litigation, property management law, and landlord and tenant law. Mr. Osterholt earned his B.S. degree from the University of Missouri and his J.D. degree from Cumberland School of Law of Samford University. He has been a frequent speaker on topics dealing with commercial and residential leases and landlord/tenant issues. Mr. Osterholt is a member of the American Bar Association, the Missouri Bar Association and the St. Louis County Bar Association.
