JILL S. BOLLWERK is a partner in the law firm of Bollwerk, Ryan & Tatlow LLC, in St. Louis, where she practices in the areas of automobile accidents, workers' compensation, Social Security disability, premises liability, and the appeal of the denial of ERISA and non-ERISA benefits under short or long term disability plans and accidental death plans. She earned her B.A. degree from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and her J.D. degree from St. Louis University. Ms. Bollwerk has lectured on her areas of expertise and is a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, the Illinois State Bar Association, The Missouri Bar, American Association for Justice and the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys (co-chair of the MATA Emergency Response Team). MATTHEW R. FIELDS is a member in the law firm of Butsch Simeri Fields LLC, where he focuses his practice in litigation, with an emphasis on tort litigation, commercial litigation and insurance defense. Mr. Fields has significant trial experience. He has successfully tried vehicular accident cases to jury verdict. Mr. Fields also has successfully tried multimillion dollar cases involving personal injury disputes, fiduciary claims, contractual disputes, fraud and other tortious conduct. He is licensed to practice in state and federal courts in Missouri and Illinois. Mr. Fields earned his undergraduate degree from Eastern Illinois University and graduated from Saint Louis University School of Law in 1999. MEG L. FOWLER is an attorney in the St. Louis office of HeplerBroom LLC, where she concentrates her practice in civil defense and litigation, including product liability, professional malpractice, intentional torts, general personal injury and insurance coverage issues. Ms. Fowler is admitted to practice in both Missouri and Illinois. She earned her B.A. degree from Marquette University and her J.D. degree from Saint Louis University. Ms. Fowler is a member of The Missouri Bar, and the Illinois State and American bar associations. MICHAEL S. HAMLIN is a principal at the law firm of Pitzer Snodgrass, P.C., where his practice areas include insurance defense, insurance coverage disputes, professional liability defense and premises liability. He has tried several jury trials, with cases involving personal injury and wrongful death claims, as well as first party insurance claims. Mr. Hamlin is a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers, the Professional Liability Defense Federation and the Defense Research Institute. He is admitted to The Missouri Bar, the Illinois State Bar Association, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Missouri and Southern District of Illinois, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Mr. Hamlin earned his B.S. degree from the University of Tulsa and J.D. degree from the University of Missouri at Columbia.
