JEFFREY J. BUNTEN is an attorney at the law firm of Dennis W. Fox and Associates, where he has substantial experience in representing clients before the Social Security Administration, including Social Security Disability, Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Children's SSI. His practice also involves representation of veterans claiming service connected disability and pension before the Department of Veteran's Affairs (VA). Mr. Bunten has been admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veteran's Claims, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit and the U.S. District Court of Eastern Missouri. He also is an accredited attorney before the Department of Veteran's Affairs. He earned his B.S. degree from the University of Missouri-St. Louis, and his J.D. degree from the University of Missouri at Kansas City. Mr. Bunten has spoken on Social Security issues for the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and has lectured on veteran's issues for NOSSCR. He also has lectured at for the National Organization of Veteran's Advocates. He is a member of the National Organization of Veteran's Advocates (board member, 2006-2009), The Missouri Bar, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis (past chair of Administrative Law Committee), the American Bar Association, and the National Organization of Social Security Claimant's Representatives (NOSSCR). DAVID D. CAMP is an attorney and owner of Access Disability, LLC. He specializes in Social Security, SSI and litigation matters. Previously, he clerked for Judge Richard Teitelman of the Supreme Court of Missouri. Mr. Camp also has worked as the managing attorney for Gateway Legal Services, a legal aid program focusing on disability law, and as a litigation associate for Stone, Leyton & Gershman. He earned his B.S. degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison, and his J.D. degree from Washington University in St. Louis. Mr. Camp is a recent recipient of the Social Security Regional Commissioner's Public Service Award. He is president of the Board of the Missouri Lawyers Trust Account Foundation and is chair of the board of the Positive Family Enterprise. JULIA A. MARIANI is an attorney in private practice specializing in Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income cases. Prior to opening her own practice, Ms. Mariani worked for a self-supporting legal aid, also specializing in Social Security Disability. She is a member of The Missouri Bar and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis. Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Mariani was a professional sign language interpreter. JAMES F. McCARTNEY is the managing member of The McCartney Law Firm, L.L.C. Mr. McCartney focuses his practice in social security, workers' compensation, and elder law. He has more than 20 years of experience handling workers' compensation issues and has been involved in social security for nearly ten years. Mr. McCartney earned his B.A. degree from Rockhurst College and his J.D. degree from St. Louis University. He is a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and The Missouri Bar.
