AMY COLLIGNON GUNN is a member of The Simon Law Firm, P.C. in St. Louis where she focuses her practice exclusively on plaintiff personal injury work including product liability, medical negligence, premise liability and motor vehicle accident cases. She graduated from St. Louis University School of Law, cum laude in 1996. She has been recognized for her commitment to her clients and the legal community through receipt of the John C. JOHN L. MCMULLIN III is a founding principal of Brown & James, P.C., and is the firm's senior trial lawyer for Illinois. Mr. McMullin has practiced law primarily in Illinois for more than 20 years concentrating in central and southern Illinois. He has limited his work solely to trial practice and has tried to conclusion more than 150 major civil jury trials. Mr. McMullin is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Central districts of Illinois. TIMOTHY C. SANSONE is a senior associate for the law firm of Sandberg Phoenix & von Gontard P.C. in St. Louis, where he practices in products liability, business litigation, appellate work, class actions and insurance coverage. He is admitted to practice law in Missouri and Illinois. Mr. Sansone served as a law clerk for Judge Paul J. Simon of the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District. He is a member of The Missouri Bar, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, and the Appellate Lawyers Association.
