AMY COLLIGNON GUNN is a member of The Simon Law Firm, P.C. in St. Louis where she focuses her practice exclusively on plaintiff personal injury work including product liability, medical negligence, premise liability and motor vehicle accident cases. She graduated from St. Louis University School of Law, cum laude in 1996. She has been recognized for her commitment to her clients and the legal community through receipt of the John C. Shepherd Professionalism Award in 2006, the Lon O. Hocker Trial Lawyer Award in 2007, the 40 Under 40 Award presented by the St. Louis Business Journal in 2008 and the Women's Justice Rising Star Award in 2009. Ms. Collignon Gunn is licensed to practice in Missouri and Illinois, is a member of numerous bar organizations and currently serves as a board member of the Women Lawyers' Association of Greater St. Louis and the Board of Governors of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys. JOHN L. MCMULLIN III is a founding principal of Brown & James, P.C., and is the firm's senior trial lawyer for Illinois. Mr. McMullin has practiced law primarily in Illinois for more than 20 years concentrating in central and southern Illinois. He has limited his work solely to trial practice and has tried to conclusion more than 150 major civil jury trials. Mr. McMullin is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Central districts of Illinois. He is a member of the St. Clair County and Illinois State bar associations, The Missouri Bar, the International Association of Defense Counsel and the American Board of Trial Advocates. TIMOTHY C. SANSONE is a senior associate for the law firm of Sandberg Phoenix & von Gontard P.C. in St. Louis, where he practices in products liability, business litigation, appellate work, class actions and insurance coverage. He is admitted to practice law in Missouri and Illinois. Mr. Sansone served as a law clerk for Judge Paul J. Simon of the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District. He is a member of The Missouri Bar, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, and the Appellate Lawyers Association. Mr. Sansone earned his B.A. degree, with college honors at Washington University in St. Louis and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from St. Louis University School of Law.
