DONALD A. BAERVELDT JR. is a partner in The Law Office of Baerveldt & Boedefeld, LLC. Mr. Baerveldt has been practicing law in St. Charles County, Missouri since 1988, with his areas of practice primarily estate planning, probate, probate litigation and trust litigation, business and succession planning, personal injury, workers compensation, and criminal and traffic law. Mr. Redler's practice is limited to estate and tax planning, asset protection, wealth preservation planning, estate and trust administration, and business planning. Mr. Redler is admitted to The Missouri Bar and the Illinois State Bar Association. MELISSIA RIDDLE is a member of the law firm of DosterUllom, LLC in Chesterfield, where she concentrates her practice in fiduciary litigation and elder law. Ms. Riddle began her career as a prosecutor, which enabled her to develop extensive litigation and trial experience. She then moved to private practice, concentrating in estate planning and administration, and corporate law. Ms. Riddle now draws on her experience in both litigation and estate planning in representing trustees, personal representatives, and beneficiaries in suits involving breach of fiduciary duty, modification of trusts, termination of trusts, removal of trustees, trust construction suits, will contests, and suits involving breach of fiduciary duty in the mismanagement of assets of the elderly or incapacitated. Her practice also includes officer and director liability, real estate litigation, probate and trust administration, estate planning, and appellate practice. Ms. Riddle earned her B.B.A. degree from the University of Texas at Austin and her J.D. degree from the University of Texas School of Law. She is a member of the American and Colorado bar associations, the State Bar of Texas, and The Missouri Bar, as well as the College of the State Bar of Texas, an honorary society of attorneys with high ethical standards who are among the best trained attorneys in the state. Ms. Riddle also is on the Board of Directors for OASIS St. Louis. She has written and lectured on the topics of trust and estate litigation, trustee liability, and probate practice and procedure. PETER A. ROTH is a partner in the law firm of McCarthy, Leonard & Kaemmerer, L.C., where he represents individuals and families in all aspects of estate planning, estate administration and individual tax planning and issues, with an emphasis on estate planning for owners of closely held businesses. He assists clients with drafting and updating estate planning documents, asset ownership, business succession planning, transferring assets in the most tax efficient manner possible, and estate and trust administration and dispute resolution. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Roth ran his own estate planning firm, Roth Law, LLC, and worked for several large local and national trust companies. He received his bachelor's degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia and his J.D. degree from Washington University.
