MICHELLE M. FUNKENBUSCH is a trial lawyer with more than a decade of experience in catastrophic personal injury, automobile/bicycle/truck accidents, workers' compensation, and business disputes. She is a managing partner in her law firm, Featherston & Funkenbusch, LLC. An active triathlete, she is an advocate for the rights and safety of cyclists. She is the president of a local 501(c)(3) restorative justice program called PayBack, Inc., which helps juveniles who have committed crimes learn accountability and pay back their victims. Ms. Funkenbusch graduated from St. Louis University School of Law with the American Jurisprudence Award in Legal Research and Writing. TIMOTHY C. SANSONE is an attorney at the law firm of Sandberg Phoenix & von Gontard P.C., in St. Louis, where he practices in the areas of products liability, business litigation, appellate work, class actions, and insurance coverage. Mr. Sansone is admitted to practice law in Missouri and Illinois. He served as a law clerk for Judge Paul J. Simon of the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District. Mr. Sansone is a member of The Missouri Bar, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, and the Appellate Lawyers Association. He earned his B.A. degree with college honors at Washington University in St. Louis, and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Saint Louis University School of Law. ARIS LEE WOODHAM is the director of web services and a lecturer in law at Washington University Law School in St. Louis Ms. Woodham has taught continuing legal education seminars to attorneys, students, law librarians and general librarians on legal research in electronic media, with a focus on Internet-based and DVD-based resources. She has written several publications, including Issues in Database Presentation for the Law Library, 15 Trends in Law Library Management and Technology 1-5, (2004). Ms. Woodham earned her B.S. degree, cum laude, from Northern Arizona University, J.D. degree from Baylor University School of Law and M.L.I.S. degree from the University of Texas at Austin. She is a member of the American Association of Law Libraries, Mid-America Association of Law Libraries (former member, Internet Committee) and the American Bar Association.
