JOE A. CRUTCHFIELD is the president of Investors Title Co., where he practices in the area of real estate. He earned his B.A. degree from Westminster College in Fulton and his J.D. degree from Oklahoma University. Mr. Crutchfield has frequently lectured to attorneys, real estate professionals and banking professionals regarding real estate and title related issues. He is a member of The Missouri Bar and the St. Louis Association of Realtors.

TED D. DISABATO currently focuses his practice on real estate litigation, commercial real estate transactions, estate planning and small business litigation. Prior to forming the law firm TdD Attorneys at Law LLC, Mr. Disabato held the position of president and general counsel for an $8MM regional title insurance agent servicing the states of Missouri, Kansas and Nebraska. He served as underwriting counsel in the St. Louis office of First American Title Insurance Company, National Commercial Services, where he was an integral part of complex commercial transactions throughout the country, some in excess of $200M, including key landmark buildings in the St. Louis area. Mr. Disabato also served as manager for the National Residential Real Estate Division of the Citigroup Private Bank in New York City. In that position, he managed a group of attorneys and paralegals that handled real estate loan closings for private banking clients; these clients included international dignitaries, individuals appearing in Forbes top 100 wealthiest people, famous television and radio personalities, and professional sports stars. Finally, Mr. Disabato began his legal career as a law clerk and then associate attorney for a default servicing law firm representing national mortgage lenders in title litigation matters. Mr. Disabato is a regular speaker for the continuing legal education classes in St. Louis and for the Missouri and Kansas Land Title Associations. He also holds a real estate broker's license in Missouri. He received his B.A., J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from Saint Louis University. He is a member of The Missouri Bar, the Kansas Bar Association, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western districts of Missouri, the U.S. District Court of Kansas, the American Bar Association and The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.

ADAM R. LORENZ is an attorney with the law firm Curtis, Heinz, Garrett & O'Keefe, P.C., where he focuses his practice in the areas of real estate, land title litigation and commercial litigation. He is an associate article editor for the ABA real estate litigation newsletter. Mr. Lorenz has lectured to various legal and real estate professionals on title and real estate matters. He is a member of The Missouri Bar, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and the American and St. Louis County bar associations. He earned his B.A. degree from Webster University and his J.D. degree from Washington University.
