CHRISTOPHER B. BENT is a sole practitioner in St. Louis, Missouri. Since 1998, he has concentrated his practice in the areas of labor and employment law, as well as general corporate law. He earned his B.A. degree at Valparaiso University and his J.D. degree at Gonzaga University. Mr. Borchers is a shareholder/member of the Business Finance Corporation of St. Louis County. CHAD W. BRIGHAM is an attorney with Leach Firm LLC, where his concentrated experience is in the areas of corporate law and business transactions, intellectual property law, commercial contracts, and real estate transactions. Mr. Brigham counsels mostly privately held clients with all types of business operations agreements, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, strategic alliances, licenses, and other business issues. Mr. Brigham graduated from the Southern Illinois University School of Law, summa cum laude. He is licensed to practice law in Missouri and Illinois and is a member of the International Trademark Association and the Computer and E-Commerce Law Committee of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis. AARON L. PAWLITZ is a member of the firm Lewis Rice Fingersh, where he counsels clients daily on strategic transactions and on routine business matters. He frequently is engaged to structure new business and not-for-profit entities and to re-structure existing business operations. He is a resource for his clients on employment, litigation, intellectual property, internal investigation, tax, and other regulatory matters. Mr. Pawlitz received his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Missouri at St. Louis and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Saint Louis University School of Law. He is the author of "A Practical Guide to Negotiating Data Center Leases," Commercial Leasing Law & Strategy (June 2010). Mr. Pawlitz is a member of the American Bar Association, the National Association of Bond Lawyers and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.
