RICHARD J. EISEN is an attorney at the at the St. Louis law firm of Growe, Eisen, Karlen Eilerts & Ruth LLC. Mr. Eisen has tried and settled numerous complex family law cases. He frequently lectures and publishes articles in the area of family law. Mr. Eisen is a certified divorce mediator and has been appointed by the court as a Guardian Ad Litem for children in custody disputes. She previously taught LSAT for The Princeton Review and has lectured on family law, litigation skills and legal drafting for National Business Institute. Ms. Pudlowski is a member of the Metropolitan St. Louis Bar Association, The Missouri Bar, the Women's Lawyers Association and the Missouri Juvenile Justice Association. She earned her B.A. and J.D. degrees from Washington University in St. Louis. JEFFREY S. SCHECHTER is a partner in The Schechter Law Firm, P.C. He has litigated hundreds of family law cases and practices in the area of family law, including dissolution of marriage proceedings, large asset and complex custody litigation, motions to modify, paternity actions, adult and child abuse actions, and other related matters. Mr. Schechter has lectured extensively in the area of family law, including the topics of "Family Law Litigation in Missouri," "Child Custody and Shared Parenting in Missouri," "Child Custody and Visitation in Missouri," and "Tax Aspects of Divorce in Missouri." He also co-wrote an article titled "Antenuptial Agreements," with Michael Schechter, which was published in The St. Louis Bar Journal, Fall 1995. Mr. Schechter earned his B.A. degree from Washington University in St. Louis and his J.D. degree from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis. He was admitted to The Missouri Bar and is a member of The Missouri Bar (Family Law Section), the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis (Family and Juvenile Law Section), the American (Family Law Section) and St. Louis County bar associations, and the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys. MICHAEL B. WATKINS is a sole practitioner at Watkins Law Firm, P.C., in O'Fallon, Missouri. He practices primarily in the areas of family law, wills, trusts, probate, estate planning, real estate and small business law.
