RICHARD A. ABRAMS is an attorney in St. Louis, practicing in the areas of commercial litigation, collections and landlord-tenant law. He has spoken on collections, creditors' rights and landlord/tenant issues before many professional groups. Mr. Abrams earned his A.B. and J.D. degrees from Washington University. He is a member of The Missouri Bar, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, the American Bar Association (member, Litigation Section) and the Commercial Law League of America.

JAMES N. FENDELMAN is a managing member with Fendelman, Paull & Associates, where he practices in the areas of commercial litigation and debtor-creditor law. He earned his A.B. degree from the University of Michigan and his J.D. degree from Washington University. Mr. Fendelman is a member of The Missouri Bar and the Illinois State Bar Association.
